have discovered that shuttlecock tubes are the ideal packaging for rolled art prints. the word shuttlecock is very nice although not as romantic as the french 'volant en plumes', beautiful...
as luck would have it the PE dept at emmabun's boys' school were throwing a load of empty shuttlecock tubes out. as they play a lot of badminton it seems i have a regular supply. hurrah!
